I tend to go high phosphorus, it hardens off the 'woody' roots for winter, and slows down green growth. Nice vid👍 Edit: tomato feed does this job well.

Hi Trevor, thank you for commenting, with these smaller granules I put it on setting 2 which takes quite a few passes, it was around 7/8. Setting 3 would more then likely do it in 2/3 passes 🙂🌱

Hi mate ! Nothing too different, still mainly a PRG mix, the main problem is the fog grass that has been in the lawn since I have moved in.. plan is a full kill off and re-level, I’m unsure if I will be taking out the corner so I’m just left with a rectangle.. some winter planning needs to be done 😄. Also have an idea to try and create a “green” of some form in the back garden but under the soil is very rocky.. it would have to be a huge change😂 A lot going on in my head pal!🌱

@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance Sounds interesting pal. Going down the putting green route is a big commitment 😂. We got loads of yorkshire fog round here, its a pain. I actually quite like its texture as grasses go, if only it was darker in colour.

That’s what puts me off.. although it wouldn’t be aiming for golf course standard, it would be more like 10mm green and 20mm fringe or something, I would have to look into it more 😄. Yeah the colour and its tendency to grow laterally is a pain.. but I suppose your right, maybe a whole lawn of it would look better than a patch here and there 😂
