If you fold the middle of the tortilla over all the food completely then tuck in the sides then fold over it will work out better☺️ just a little tip

This looks so delicious, it's that time of year for making soups. I wrote down the recipes, can't wait to start on it once I'm through the meals I prepped for this week! Thank you Liezl!

Love your recipes!! Been making them to try to lose weight. I’m just confused because carbs (veggies) and proteins are 4 calories per gram, so if this recipe calls to prep 500g of potatoes, 500g x 4 calories = 2000 calories? If I split the potatoes then into 4 containers, that means it’s 500 calories of potatoes per container? Isn’t that way over? Because you mentioned each meal is around 400 calories… can someone please explain to me what I’m not getting right?

I’ve been severely depressed for years. Finally one day I woke up and eliminated my social media and started to journal. It helped me a lot! Still get down sometimes it definitely not like before. But ever since I started to watch your videos I’ve been motivated more than ever to get better and be better. Thank you so much!

Instead of coffee powder, I used coco powder (I don't care for the taste of coffee). It was incredible. Also, if you don't have a bunch of small containers, one serving ended up being 1 cup and about 1 tablespoon.

I made both of these soups this week, thanks so much! The minestrone I made, I omitted the chicken & celery and added diced cherry tomatoes, broccoli, green peas I had on hand. It was delicious! I wanted to invite you over to try it! The best part is now I don't have to spend $8 for a bowl at the local Sicilian Cafe every time I crave Minestrone because you taught me to make it at home. Saluté! 😋

Glass in Freezer ... totally works. Just cool down COMPLETELY ... easy to put in fridge first. Leave a little room at the top when you fill container to make room for expansion during freezing. I use glass all the time. Just leave ROOM, COOL, then freeze. Defrost a bit before reheating.

Cooked honey is very harmful for body, so much that Ayurveda ( which is yet another branch of medical science, very native of Bharat, & a very ancient technique and science to treat ailments) , Ayurveda categories cooked honey as poison. Kindly do not cook honey, also do not heat up honey as it's properties start changing after heating.

Looks fantastic!! I am a soup fan too. Here in Japan, a soup is a must with a meal. I get sick of miso, seaweed and so on. Winter is a time to get creative and soups like you made are right up my alley. I usually make a kabocha one (cause butternut is very rare) and add soy milk or milk to make it go further. I freeze soup in freezer bags because they freeze flat and take up less room in the freezer. Thanks for sharing XX

I was there for the mocha obsession arc and the nandos arc, and the roasted butternut arc too😂. You taught me the best nandos alternative recipe, how to roast squash with rosemary and the best sundried tomato pasta salad ever. I just find that something to learn in each of the video. Also the satisfaction i get eating your clean recipes overides takeouts and even restaurants. I am so grateful for your videos, they motivate me to be healthy❤.

Do you have a suggestion to replace the tomatoes? I can’t eat nightshades and have had to stay away from minestrone, which I love too. Your recipes showed me how easy it really is, so I’m trying to figure out a tomato replacement. Thank you! These look yummy!
