I never done oil we just washseeds drain in calendar then on pan then salt n oven oil might taste good too hmmm. I used heavy cream in mine as well n I've don't coconut milk too n I make butternut squash . Just move around in pot turn off before lifting

There’s only one thing Kelly your bread looks awesome. Don’t cook it on that seal pad plastic whatever that is made out of. It’s better to use parchment paper in that pan you used for the bread all my friends that do sourdough or any bread they bake on parchment paper in that crock, it comes out perfect and you lift the parchment paper out to get the bread out and it’s not going to compromise your body with plastics

I hear what you’re saying, but for some reason, Forest is going through a phase where he doesn’t want to wear a jacket. I could “force” him to wear it, but that might not be the best long-term strategy. Yes, he was cold in the grocery store, but it wasn’t an unsafe environment. I’m hoping he’ll naturally choose to wear the jacket next time without it becoming a battle.

For your kids' health, would you guys consider buying more organic and less processed food? unlike overseas, most food grown and sold in US stores is loaded with additives that are banned in most places in europe and asia. Foe example, McD french fries in europe have 3 ingredients (potatos, oil and salt) while the US version has 17 ingredients (14 of them unnatural).
