LA CROIX VS. SPINDRIFT: WHICH IS HEALTHIER?!

Great video, but on the point of drinking La Croix in excess, can't that same argument be made about anything? Even water, when drunk in excess, can kill you. I love both Spindrift and La Croix, but I feel like 3+ of either drink on a daily basis would not be the best option. That being said, both are way better than conventional soda, and I feel like the differences between the two brands are minimal at best.

Another thing to fact in is in how long the cans have being sitting in the truck during the summer, those trucks can easily hit over 110 degrees and lots of grocery stores like to put their load on to another truck in the back when it shows up to save space until the night crew shows up
