Amazing restoration. My dad has one attached to a cargo sidecar and it just currently being used to store things and collecting dust and rust. I intend to buy the bike from him and turn it into a cafe racer.

I have been reading a book called “Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance” by Robert Pirsig - he agrees that every part of the motorcycle has a soul… and i think that by performing such an amazing restoration, you have returned the soul of this motorcycle to it’s highest state of being! Im lucky enough to have a 1978 Honda Xl75, that still runs. No need for tearing it apart as yet. Honda makes good bikes.
