In this video we take a up and close detailed look at Auxbeam 22" V-Series RGB LED Light Bar. This light bar has all kinds of cool innovative features you won't find on others lights. It has a blue tooth module that works with either iPhone or android. You can adjust the color with multiple variations, there is a dim and strobe feature. Plus you have the option to synch the light with your music.
This light is 22 inches, has 40 3watt LEDs. 16 flood LEDs with a 60 degree pattern and 24 spot LEDs with a 30 degree pattern. Total wattage is 120.

Like everything else it really boils down to how important in this case auxiliary lighting is to your vehicles application. Are you hauling ass through the desert, hunting, on patrol and rock crawling at night or are you just trying to get your mall crawler to look cool and add whatever light a hundred bucks gets you. Personally I have been running Rigid industries lights for around 5 years and have had really good luck with their reliability and their warranty when one of my 40" E series bar's had a defect inside somewhere and quit working one night. A week after sending it in I received a brand new one and I'm in Hawaii. I still can't get over how bright they are especially compared to the cheap ones like auxbeam. There's just no comparison. The 10" single row on my UTV is probably as bright or brighter than that 20" dual row bar. It's absolutely true that no matter what it is 90% of the time you get what you pay for. 🤙🏼

Would be an interesting bar to use if someone is a volunteer firefighter/EMT responding to a call with the color choices. The color they can use varies from state to state. Some it's Red/White, Red/Red, Green/White and in rare cases Blue is allowed but I'd imagine some idiot would use the red/blue strobe and get pegged as impersonating a cop. I have an 22" X-Series and use the amber covers and they're very bright and come in handy for bad weather.

I tried to film the colored lights beam with the camera and drone, but because the light output was so low it didn't show up on the camera. I would say they were 1/8th the brightness of the white light. Stock headlights are much brighter than the colored lights.

Not sure about the lens, but these appear to be painted and not powder coated, so I would expect them to fade. Didn't actually do a side by side the Rigids, but my experience is the Rigids put out more light. Thanks!

I have a brush guard that is exactly 22” from side to side where I can mount a light. No extra room on the side. If I would drill a hole through the brush guard do you think this light would work? I too could care less about the different colors but want something that will light up the trail.

Hi There. Great review man just what I was looking for... You said you would have liked it to have had a bright amber light. Would it be a sustainable 'solution', as such, to fit a piece of translucent amber perspex over the bright white light?

Is the bluetooth button actually an on/off button or just a color change mode button? If it's on/off, then yeah I need access to it but Im thinking it's just a mode change button, which in that case, hide the button away somewhere, I don't need access to it. I'll change color modes from my phone not the button?

Can someone help. My LED bar can’t connect to any app that controls it. Everything is plugged in and powered. And I have tried 3 apps and Auxbeam said all of them. U can’t connect and my led bar never shows up. Also if I use the button to manually change the color, I can only get solid red or solid white, no other color and no strobe

I ordered this light bar off of Amazon when I got it today opened the box everything there except for the Bluetooth Colour control box. I hope auxbeam will just send me the control box without having to pay to ship this all back.I guess I’ll find out how good there customer services is.

I ordered the most expensive auxbeam and brightest. it's 44 inches and 420watts, 42,000 lumens. it was 350 and 65 damn dollars for shipping from Hong Kong. After spending so much it came with a dented fin and " Jasmine" would not do anything to fix the situation. left a bad impression. very poor at returning emails and they NEVER answer the damn phone. I just had another pod light burn out completely and they won't even respond. I like Auxbeam but they have some huge customer service problems when they make a crappy light

Thanks for the quick response. What worried me is that I requested new anti flicker harnesses, they told me no. They then told me the the lights were supposed to flicker. Very disappointing.

@dj beard you can create your own color settings and get white/red strobe on there. It's what I first thought of myself when I saw this new bar as I also work for a rescue squad.

I understand that but the features I'm never gonna use I still have to pay for. You can't have everything but I'd still like to see a version with one switch for just white offroad light and a switch for red (or even red and white). Maybe different versions with just blue strobes (law enforcement in most areas), green (hazmat teams in many areas) strobes, and amber strobes with a white offroad light. I personally don't care to risk responding during the day thinking I have my reds going until I'm pulled over because a button got pushed by accident and I'm running blue.

I finally got my Bluetooth controller from AUXBEAM and what a big disappointment!! It works but nothing like in the videos on KZbin. They use a different APP now and you can’t strobe white you can’t do all the stuff that the old APP could do not happy at all.

If you are buying this light because of all the fancy stuff you've seen people post online, prepare to be disappointed! I also purchased this because I seen what people can do with it. They only sell you their "New Version" which locks you to their own app called "CarLight" This CarLight app can NOT do what BLEDIM does. I even downloaded earlier versions of BLEDIM so I could try to control it that way. This new version light will NOT connect to BLEDIM, no matter what you try! What is the point in buying this expensive light if you can't make it do what it's capable of? Seriously disappointed!!!
