Thank you for checking it out! In my right picking hand - that's an egg shaker! At some point, I figured out that I had three fingers free in the right hand, so I started holding a small egg shaker while using my thumb and index finger to hold the pick! If you do add an egg shaker to your playing - be safe! This can make your other fingers be a little too close to the strings, and cause some unwanted chafing/scratching - it took me some time to get used to it without hurting myself!
