1. Shawarma is Lebanese. Not Turkish 2. Shawarma was introduced to Kerala long long back. It was by an enterprenuer at a shop in Marine Drive Shopping center. The shop was in first floor. They served shawarma wrapped in Chappathi. I have had Shawarma from there in the early 90s. 3. Do proper research before doing any stories otherwise it will be like this 4. Good that the Anchor didn't say that Al Taza invented Shawarma.
