Ava Park Apartments in Griffin was forrced to evacuate after the Code Enforcement office shut them down for condition and rat infestation.

Then dont move to Ava Place. Its a good idea, when you rent an apartment, to check with Code Enforcement and see what complaints they have had in the complex.

It is bad. Code Enforcement is a real problem as the residents have been complaining for a while.

@@georgiaobserver I googled it after I saw your video the apartments had low ratings,and one person said you can hear rats in the walls,and channel 2 news did a story on it.

Not this time. lol Easy way to tell the difference quickly in on the line under "Georgia Observer News" on the thumbnail it will either say "Special Edition" or "Special Satire Edition". Another easy way to tell is how crazy the story is. lol Thanks for your comment.
