4:34 the elongated the last word is called “uptalk”! I learned about it in a linguistic anthropology class and basically people use “uptalk” as a way to hold the floor and not be interrupted. In this case it’s meant to show that you haven’t finished your thought and want the audience to keep listening. It also signals openness and invites the listener to engage in the conversation. Best trick to catch flying bugs in the house is to spray water or household cleaner on them the spray generally reaches as far as a swatter and bogs down their wings so you can get them!
