Dave, another great video. I think these would be perfect for my father. Question...if his audio is run through a receiver, I would need to connect this to the receiver and not the TV, correct? Thx!

Actually, it can offer pass thru audio capability too, so you could potentially hook it up TV -> Avantree transmitter -> Receiver. If you hooked it up to the receiver instead, however, as in TV -> receiver -> Avantree transmitter then your father could also enjoy music...

The optical on mine is going through the hub passthrough to a Bose speaker for everyone else and that works fine but the audio isn't coming through the headphones. They are powered on, paired, and headphones volume up but nothing. 😢

Try plugging in a different audio device and see if that works, so you can isolate if it's the wireless communication to the headphones, the headphones, or the TV/soundbar/speaker connection. Don't forget Avantree has customer support people who can probably help too.

everything setup great EXCEPT the volume on the earbuds, it's just ok but great. Any suggestions?

I was wondering if those are good for gaming? How about surround sounds and Noise Cancelling? Awesome video you've answered all the other questions I had! Somehow its hard to find reviews on those! I was attracted by the 40ms latency in the first place.

Thanks for the feedback. They don't have ANC but like any headphones can cut out some of the background and ambient noise. And for gaming? Not really, no more than any other generic headphones. If you're hardcore, you'll want gamer-specific gear!
