I used to run a Yubel deck with Sacred Pheonix of Nephthys. It was a good loop back then - having Yubel's second forms effect destroying all monster on the field and having a Sacred Pheonix of Nephthys coming back during your standby and clearing all back row. Good memories 😁.

God this reminds me of when I made a water deck using this deck and the one with Neo-Daedalus. I had 3 penguin soldiers and didn't understand how flip effects worked, so I always bounced the attacking monster and my own Penguin soldier back to the hand for infinite bounces.

After you've gone through the structure decks, you should do an unlimited version of the structure deck duels. Where you both crafts decks assuming you have 3x copies of everything that woulda been in them.

To add on to SeeReax' comment about Nephthys, now that True Sun God is in the game, throw a Phoenix Feather or two on there and you're pretty set. I've run a Nepthys/Ra deck with The Creator, Hieratic Heliopolis and Blackflame Dragon 8

I remember when I was a kid I used my birthday money to buy 2 of the water deck to make it a consistent deck. A few weeks of playing with the deck, and our bully came up and ripped every single card. That day he learned not to mess with us geeks 😅 we all piled on him my bros had my back😂😂

I mean, in Egyptian Mythology, Nephthys is supposed to be Ra's Great Grandaughter but I doubt that was inspiration behind the design. I think they just made a Ra knockoff and slapped Nephthys' name on it. After all, what does a goddess of mourning, darkness, and rivers have to do with fire and phoenixes?

Near the end of the last game, you’d have won a turn earlier by flipping your penguin and returning both of your opponents monsters that their hand and swinging with your 1700 3* and your 750 2*, that’s 2450 damage and he had 2300 lp… more risk free as well since he didn’t have a trap that turn

As a guy who played fire kings for 7 years straight, I'm gonna spoil this video right now. The water deck is gonna win. The fire king deck by itself is kinda ass. Once more support, more xyz, and links came out it got so much more consistent. Edit: So I was kinda wrong. Like, when the decks came out, fire kings were rouge while the atlanteans were top tier as fuck.
