Looking great indeed. You should give the hardware some black paint, when everything is mounted after painting.

Why countersunk heads instead of pan heads? Stainless might be more corrosion resistant. Paint will not work on the screws and washers, but anodized parts may, for awhile

How’s the plastic under tray going to mount to the number and not flop around at higher speeds?

Would using 3M tape work or do you have to drill it on?

You'd have to drill, it's pretty heavy.
