Stefanos Paralikidis he has never lost his vocal style. His voice obviously changed a bit throughout the years, but he can still sing the way everyone likes. He chooses not to sing like this in order to be able to perform in more shows without blowing his voice

zepelthezepel Zepel it’s not that he can’t he just won’t scream because he needs to save his voice. If you go watch some of the past videos and interviews he says that when he use to scream they would have to wait a few days for matt to get his voice back

Senkiv He can scream, but he chooses not to do it live. They play so many shows and if he was screaming he could blow his voice easily. As for the setlists I agree it annoys me too, but these are the most popular and what the most people want to hear..

Tell that to Alissa White-Gluz and Randy Blythe. How come they can do it and not Matt? Yes cause majority of A7X fans are poser cunts and they don't know anything before the self titled album which is why the band has to cater to them. Sucks that diehards like me who have been there since Waking The Fallen have to pay the price for it though.

Senkiv well it’s that and the band doesn’t feel like playing some of those songs. M. Shadows wanted to stop screaming as of 2005, and Synyster doesn’t like playing songs off of City of Evil because he has to play crazy guitar parts while doing vocal harmonies (namely Beast and The Harlot). Not to mention the amount of hit songs and fan favorites is longer than a set list they can build. If it was really appealing to posers, they’d ignore the Stage and play Almost Easy and This Means War far more often

Senkiv Alissa and Randy are mostly screaming they are not singing. Shadows wants to focus more on singing than screaming. If he was screaming he wouldn't be able to to sing as good and have more control of his voice. I think i saw it in an interview that he said when he is screaming he can't sing very well.
