@ExternusArmy Жыл бұрын
@@subutaynoyan5372 I don’t know man, check out the video titled Making of City of Evil Part 3, it’s him singing in the vocal booth. The high note on D5 actually sounds like one of his best high notes he’s ever sang, with vibrato and control and power. It sounds awful and strained on the album version so I think the mix really hides a lot of his ability at the time. His live vocals were also probably the best at that time in terms of range. His highest full note ever was from that time, a G#5 from Beast and the Harlot live.

I know a band named Avenged sevenfold from 2005. But never cared about them until 2013, my highschool mate listened to them and i'm curious about them in 2013. instead of hail to the king, City of evil's album is the first album me to hear. And i'm thinking wtf am i doing since 2005 and only discovered them in 2013. And now i'm discovered all of their album. I can't pick my favourite album because they're different. There are Metalcore, Heavy metal, Progressive metal etc. And i love all of them.

Bat Country, what a life changing track, still love this song. This was my first real introduction to metal in 2005. I was learning guitar at the time and was blown away when I first heard this . I've heard metal before but man, the production quality of City of Evil, that whole album still sounds amazing to this day. The guitar tones are just godlike. I'm still an aspiring musician today. I remember these guys being on TRL that time, what a momentous moment for modern rock and metal. What a victory for every kid grinding away at their guitar every day, to see that you can make it to the top. It's so sad since then, rocks been virtually nonexistent in mainstream again.
