Why would Cap make you mad in THIS movie? Tony is the one going wild... Of course he would try to stop Tony from doing the exact same shit that created Ultron in the first place; doing shit without knowing the outcome and behind people's back... He wasn't certain what would happen if he uploaded Jarvis into the body; hell, even after they did so it turned out to be something entirely outside of what Tony expected... Tony is this movie tried to play the lone savior, gambled with the safety of the planet and it got a bunch of people killed and did it all behind his teammate's backs... Of course Steve would fight him on this; Tony's "actions" are less defensible in this movie... He was only right about putting Jarvis into the body BY CHANCE outside of his own expertise and the only reason it got done was because of Thor's power and knowledge and also his protection; given that Vision was aggressive at first and it went straight for Thor and stepped down thanks to him aswell

When I was a kid in the 1970s my brother let me read his Marvel Comics collection. The Avengers was my favorite title and Vision was my favorite hero. I was so happy to see him added to the MCU. I thought they did a great job capturing his thoughtful, caring, manner.

Ultron's original plan wasn't to destroy the world. He was trying to create an extinction level event and expecting what remained of humanity to evolve or become stronger. This is the reason he allied himself with Pietro and Wanda. They represented what he hoped would happen to humanity after he enacted his plan. He originally wanted to use controlled nuclear strikes, but Jarvis was secretly blocking his access to the nuclear codes. So he decided to use the "meteor" option; basically throw a "stone" at the Earth. When Wanda discovers he intends to send an object hurtling toward Earth, she assumed he intended to kill everyone, but that wasn't his intention. He was expecting the survivors to evolve. He mentioned the human race will have every opportunity to improve and after Wanda's question, he states "Ask Noah". What he means is if they don't survive, then they don't survive, and Noah only survived because he had the ark and wasn't effected by the flood. He also wants his own evolution, hence the living tissue grafted from Vibranium. All of his plans were foiled; so in his frustration he wants to take everything from the Avengers and humanity the way everything was taken from him. He's now hoping to kill everyone when he drops the town on the Earth. He can make an artificial world of robots and whatnot afterward.

The only bad part about Ultron in the MCU is how they presented him. 1. He was not made by Tony & Bruce. He was VERY PERSONAL creation of original Ant-Man - Hank Pym (Played by Michael Douglas in the MCU) which we didnt even get introduced to any Ant Man at that point. 2. He is as much of a threat as Thanos if not even bigger in the comics.
