Average climber finally sends a 7b in Kalymnos!

This was touch and go for a while. The route is about 15 degrees overhung, and the bottom half is pretty straight forward, all on jugs. Once you join the main tufa, all the left hands are wide and pretty poor pinches. Make the clip from the high heel hook, and then the hard work begins, pulling hard on holds which are okay, but leaving you wishing they were more positive. 3 or 4 moves past this section are pretty thin, but the rock is sharp. This is where the pump really kicked in, and I was left fighting and slapping for friction because my right arm was completely boxed, practically unable to grip the jug I needed to use for a rest... But somehow I managed to regain, and scramble my way to the chain! So excited to have sent this great route on my 6th redpoint attempt.
