I play modern bison (6 is my first SF game) are scissor kicks actually that busted? If they get block the person always seems to be too far away for me to follow up with anything. I went on a decent streak and jumped basically from the top of silver to the bottom of platinum and then everyone I went against beat me and perfected me at least once lmao.

Scissor Kicks is an amazing gapcloser. If you space it well it's completely safe on block, and if they try to punish it, their attack will whiff and you can whiff punish them. And obviously on hit you can do a full combo. Btw gj on you climb you got this man

@@blook4798 I gotta be using it wrong then cause when I use the scissor kick they always punish counter me with a low kick or something. I'm not super technical with fighting games I don't understand frame advantages and stuff.

@@HistoricMold440 Basically, if you do it when your close to the opponent, you will be close enough for them to punish you. So you need to use it as a way to get in from around midrange where they won't be able to punish you. I hope this makes sense
