This card recommends a USB 3.0 port and I see that your motherboard only has one, which most likely will be in use for your graphics card. It also depends on what type of CPU you are running. Some AM4 motherboards require an AMD Ryzen Gen 2 or Gen 3 CPU to activate the full potential of the PCI slots. Using a Gen 1 CPU will set the PCI 3.0 slot to 2.0. So keep that in mind. So open your manual and check the requirements of your PCI-e lanes and will CPU it needs. Another thing you can do is purchase an M.2 PCI-e riser adapter and sacrifice one of your M.2 slots converting it into a PCI-e 3.0 slot.
