This was one of my favorite duels to date! Don't think I've seen a deck pop off like that in a long time. And for Moraug, if you drop the lands on the first main phase, you get the additional combats before your actual combat, so you untap all your creatures during each time, and then after your actual combat, you go to your main phase 2 Then, if you drop more lands on main phase 2, your turn ends after the extra combats activated on main phase 2. So it would've been more ridiculous lol Great game guys, was so fun to watch!

Light Paws should have blocked regardless during the big elf ball swing. Lifelink woulda been nice. Don’t think it would have saved him though.

NGL this was a banger. I love budget vids, just to see the cool brews. I was thinking of doing a cascade brew and this got me hyped. I love cascade in Prosper since he gets tokens off the triggers. Tatsu is fun for the diversity in play style, but I like light paws for the card advantage.

Man the Light-Paws player made an absurdly bad misplay by not blocking. The Light-Paws is double pro-creature and has life-link and has gift of immortality and the method to screw his Pariah play was on the board. There was absolutely zero reason to not block and get the free life while also killing one of the biggest threats on the elf-ball player's board. I honestly don't understand what he was even thinking with that play. It would be one thing if it had been Krosen Grip or something but the enchantment destruction was literally on board. Just take the free life and kill his biggest dude. A cheap stax build would have probably gotten him way farther as well. IMO Light-Paws is enough of an engine by himself that he doesn't actually need aura support creatures at all. Dropping just Umbra mystic and Hall of Heliod's generosity would have gotten you enough money for all the cheap powerful Stax options. Drop a rule of law on that ass. Edit: The Tatsunari player probably misplayed hard by targeting pariah to begin with. He should have waited to get rid of the pariah until after the Light-Paws player alpha'ed the elf-ball and cascade. The Tatsunari player was the smallest threat and could have politic'd the White-paws players into killing the others in return for not destroying pariah. The elf-ball was by far the most dominant position on board at the time and it would take the White-paws 3 turns at minimum to win while the cascade and elf-ball had the potential to go off and kill everyone at any time. (which is exactly what ended up happening) That 3 full turns would may have been enough for him to come up with a solution.
