Avery looked defeated during this round of questioning. As a “LEADER” he should have that fire in his demeanor and words. He should have said plain and simple “ I played like shit and I will not let it happen again” “We are better than what we showed and apologize to our fans”.

He's a true sophomore. How were guys like Will and Ell Roberson playing early on in their careers? I would say Avery is ahead of both of them at this point.
