Unless he was in cahoots with another person on the outside to whom he dictated the letters (not sure if that’s possible in his situation), I don’t see how he could have been behind this.

The DA and law enforcement dropped the ball on this big time. It's like you said at the end, how could Paul have written all those letters from prison. It truly does not add up. The letter writer had a point with one thing: the police were trying to close this case and never have to look at it again. On another note, this was a terrific presentation. He may have been guilty with the first bunch of letters but not the second when he was in prison. I don’t think he was guilty of either; he was framed and the law wasn’t smart enough or didn’t care enough to figure who did the framing.

It's more than one person doing it. I'm not a pro writer but to write in that style and in all caps should be easy to do. It's definitely a woman or women to be able to consistently write those letters and was able to keep the penmanship the same for years. Probably a homemaker who has nothing to do but to "watch" people all day.
