Excellent review!,good close ups,to the point features and criticism. I'm thinking of getting one of these, after 2 retrograde chronographs I had sent(the 2nd,a replacement) the second hand was well out of sync and was hitting in-between the marks on the face! I digress!! This is my 1st viewing of your channel,I'm liking it!

So, they “gifted” you a watch and you gave it a positive review. Thank you for being honest about that so I can give the review the credibility it deserves.

I thought so. Usually not interested in the AVI-8 designs 🤔 These are nice though.

I always assumed the brand was pronounced like the word "aviate" due to their focus on pilot's watches.

No one from there team has ever told me otherwise 🤷♂️ but you’re probably right.

If all the crowns don't screw down, that is a deal breaker for me. I have a Swiss Military Hanowa World Timer and only one of the crowns screws down and water got in. Luckily for me when I had the watch serviced, it is now running perfectly.

"So let's just dive right in" looked and sounded creepy brother...lol. Great nugget of a review though.

I think the water is super nice but with a $35 Seiko Meca and a mineral crystal I think this should be priced below US $200, not US $285

I can’t see anyone other than a 10 year old wearing this. Or a Russian mafia wannabe.

So you admit there *is* a market for this one then?
