I had a problem today flying my ap psi was high and in yellow color my cab atl was zero I knew I had a problem before passing 10’000 ft but I continued because I couldn’t touch my cabin press knobs (aerosoft) A320 but what would’ve been my options at that moment ??? Turn around would’ve been my 1st option obviously.

Over a year ago but if you’re still flight sim’ing hope this helps, simply put: It’s not ap it’s delta p, the difference in pressure between inside and outside. If your delta p is high (8.6psi in the a320), but the cabin altitude is 0 and you are passing 10000ft, then the outflow value is totally closed, which has led to the cabin being over pressurised and the safety valve has opened to prevent the windows from failing. You probably had the cabin pressure set to manual on the overhead with the manual control set all the way down, totally closing the outflow value. In this case you should descend as quickly as possible, and set the manual pressure control to “up” to fully open the outflow valve, return the pressurisation system to automatic before attempting to climb again

I experience a air pressurization system failure in more than a dozen flights on A320, my ears blow up during descend on approaching for landing, never happens when I flight in any size Boing airplanes.
