This is by far the best filming ever I have ever seen on KZbin.... the angles, the quality....it opens up a whole new experience for the audience. This footage also gives far more sense of scale / length of the aircraft, you can clearly see the pilots....incredible! Thank you.

At 11:47, this is the first time I had ever seen thrust reversers deployed before the aircraft actually touched the ground.

Seems to be a Russian technique and a no no if there was any risk of a go around. It certainly makes sure you have a hard landing I would think.

My dad was in the RAAF (royal Australian Air Force) and one time I was on the RAAF base over near the flight school shed inside. Next thing the entire shed started shaking and the piercing sound I heard was something I couldn’t describe. Ran outside to see a Globemaster maybe only 600 metres from me, full throttle shooting down the runway and then takeoff. Something I’ll never forget seeing or hearing 😍
