Avid CNC Spindle Tramming

Avid CNC Spindle Tramming. The final steps of building my Avid Pro 4848 CNC are to ensure the gantry is square and the spindle tramming process is complete. This short video shows the process I used as described in Avid CNC's instructions.

When making adjustments do u listen the other three screws or do u leave them tight for spindle making the ridges

When adjusting, all the mounting screws will be loosened just a little bit, then the eccentric bearing can be used to move the entire plate after which the mounting screws are tightened and then the tramming is tested again.
