Fantastic topic. Muscle reading is one of the rare times in mentalism/magic where you are actually doing exactly what you say you are LOL Everybody should give it a go, it's great fun to perform too.

it is fun to perform, and it is highly engaging for audience participants because it is so literally hands-on

Another fascinating video. I have read a little about it, but I will check out those books that you mentioned.

Thank you for making this video! One of my goals this year is to start learning CMR, and I have had my eyes on the Osterlind's book for a while. I guess I will start trying it first, and see how far I can go before picking up a book on the subject.

I think it is the best book written on the subject the drawback is that it is also the most expensive. I hinted at how to start and develop in the video. You might want to start with the finer knows and a force and develop from there
@Gemini3V2 жыл бұрын
@@DavidDellman I understand the idea of doing it with a force first, I will work on it asap. I have several DVD sets by Osterlind so I have no doubt about the quality. Maybe I just need to wait for another sales. Thank you again :)

@@Gemini3V Good point. Osterlind is always running a sale.

It might be best if we took this discussion to email, where I could include more references, and we can have a more thorough discussion. My email address is David (at) David Dellman dot com. I wrote this out to protect it. I do have resources for both theatrical and genuine mind reading, but I need to know which you are interested in before I suggest further study. Thank you so much for your comments

which book on Hellstromism is it?
@DavidDellman Жыл бұрын
I looked for the exact book but could not put my hands on it. It is likely in a box in my basement, but I think it is Hellstromism by R. Alan Nelson. I believe this text is in the public domain. You might also want to look at Practical Contact Mind Reading by Edward Schatz
