Good flight. You guys can make anything fly. As for the previous crash, that is just part of flying. Along with the comments on the wind and CG, it seemed as though something wasn't working with the radio system at the beginning. Maybe a loose connection. This could also have affected the flight. It has happened to us more than once. You never know. Fate is the hunter. If you never crash, you will never fly. We have all done it and will do it again. You are always enjoyable. I look forward to seeing Captain Blaz fly again. He is a good pilot and I know he will do well. Remember, any landing you can walk away from is a good landing. Salute from Montana.

Nicely done. Capt. Blaz was dealing with different wind conditions yesterday and his pranging the plane was unfortunate. Don't give up! I crewed on and maintained these in the US Coast Guard. Fun to fly but bloody loud!

I have been flying rc for almost 50 years. On a few occasions I have launched an airplane on it’s first flight only to quickly realize that it was tail heavy. Each time that this happened all I could do was land as soon as possible while trying to minimize the damage. Blaz did a great job keeping it airborne as long as he did and in doing minimal destruction.

One thing about crashing, you HAVE to get back on that horse and ride again. Glad to see it back together and flying again. Everyone said CG was wrong. There are only two planes that fly with the wrong CG. One that made it up and both that crashed on landing. I remember my experience with CG. The thing is, as soon as it takes off, you know you are screwed. Its a real sick feeling in your stomach as you are all over the sky. I dont get 900 comments at all for my site. Lol. It did look like it was tail heavy that first flight, that explains everything! Captain Blaz did a very good job the first flight seeing how tail heavy it was! And the second flight after the plane was fixed was incredible. It looks so good in the air and on the water. That is an amazing model. I live on a lake in Seattle and I now have to get one for myself!! Thank you for fixing it and sharing the redemption flight!! I can't wait to see it land with flaps.
