@nothing nothing Chinese food in india is indianised or desi Chinese as we call it dishes like manchurian , chilly potatoes etc .after native food of region second common food are these dishes. But even in good restaurants it is hard to find authentic Chinese food

Egg smashed with tomato is one of the best curry which i had . It even helped me to get familiarized with Chinese curry for quiet some time . This will be found in mostly all Lunch house . Its very simple but it tastes good ..
