I am having problems when saving the run file. Every time i try to save it progam closes and nothing is saved. Do you know why it might be happening?

Hello, a very helpful series, but the model aircraft I tried to analyze is stuck on reading airfoil, even though the direct path is already stated in the .avl file. I exported the plane from XFLR5. Please help, thank you.
