I would skip the basement an add a little bit of space onto the garage for the washer and dryer and maybe build a covered because I like to sit outside when it's rainy or even snowing

I like that is jas the 2 car garage! I dont want to have to.go out in the rain, snow and heat You can also have your washer and dryer there with xtra storage 😊

Love the layout, but it would be nice to see what it would look like for those who can’t have a basement. One of the things I’ve noticed about many of these designs, closet space. Closets look small, and some old European like closets, tall narrow spaces with not much room. As someone else in the comment section pointed out, Americans have a lot of stuff. Windows that open is also something that is missing from these designs. I don’t know about anyone else, but opening windows in the Spring and Fall is a thing people like. Really loved the patio.

People store to many clothes. Donate what you don't wear. Problem solved. Just get windows that can be opened. The design here is only to give you an idea. Nothing's set in stone.

You'll need at least a 6 foot fence around the pool for insurance purposes.

Nice. Only changes for me would be to eliminate the basement access (for me) as we can’t have basements where I live and only have a carport instead of a garage. Otherwise, it could be perfect for us. I would mirror reverse this plan to fit on our current lot.

There are walls and space to add armoires or wardrobes. I personally like armoires. Also, you may be able to make adjustments and add closet space

I loved the look of this house until I saw the kitchen and how small the bathrooms were. Also, there is no storage at all, no pantry, and where the heck is the laundry room? I usually can't wait to see your designs, but this one unfortunately missed the mark.

Your leaving out quite a bit of the population that can’t have a basement. Is that where the laundry is? Do the architectural designers really ASK people what they would like in their homes? Storage! People in the US have a lot of items.

The basement doorway and stairs look extremely narrow and you didn't show the basement. Tiny closets in the bedrooms, not enough room for anyone that changes for seasons.

I can only assume that the spiral stairs were leading to a basement??? If so, a big BIG NO NO NO!!! Spiral stairs are not useful in any way, shape, or form!!! Please REMEMBER this for ALL future creations. If you need space, turn the stairs. I love the outside of the house. I love that you placed the powder room right next to the front door. I think the kitchen would benefit either from a regular stove/oven combo unit OR a cooktop and double oven. This trend of built-in microwaves is a big mistake in a world of throw-away appliances. I do love the big sink. The decor is sad, everything is grey. While there is no problem with grey, it would have been nice if you had added a bit of color. In the kids room you put artwork that kids, unless the kids are van Gogh like geniuses would not appreciate. It should have been more simplistic, light, and airy.
