- Ingredients: 4 Baguette, 2 Avocado, 12 Cocktail shrimps, Olive oil, 2tbsp Mayonnaise, Paprika powder, Ruccola, Salt and pepper, Crushed red pepper, 1tbsp Butter
- Sauce ingredients : 3tbsp Mayonnaise, 1/2tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2tsp Lemon juice, 1/2tbsp Curry powder, 2tbsp Minced onion

1. Cut the Avocado in half, take the seed out, and slice them 0.5cm thick after peeling its skin off.
2. Pre-heat the pan, add the butter, and bake the baguette. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
3. Add an olive oil to the pre-heated pan, add a shrimp, paprika powder, salt, and paper, cook them until they are delightfully ready.
4. Spread the mayonnaise on a baguette and put the ruccola, avocado, and baked shrimp.
