牛油果香蕉奶昔及牛油果雪梨奶昔
材料:
牛油果1個
雪梨1個
香蕉1隻
鮮奶600毫升
程序:
1. 牛油果,搣去椗,1開2 ,用不鏽鋼羹起出果肉,切細粒,放半個入攪拌機內。
2. 加入已去皮及切細粒的的香蕉,和鮮奶200毫升,攪拌至奶昔狀。
3. 牛油果香蕉奶昔,完成。
4. 剩餘半個牛油果,起出果肉,切細粒。
5. 雪梨,清水洗淨,去皮,1開4,去芯,切細粒,放入攪拌機內。
6. 加入凍開水60毫升。
7. 攪拌至奶昔狀。
8. 牛油果雪梨奶昔,完成。
9. 可享用。

Ingredients:
Avocado 1 No.
Pear 1 No.
Banana 1 No.
Fresh milk 600ml
Steps:

5. Pear, get it rinsed and peeled. Divide it into 4 shares. Remove cores. Dice in cubes. Put into blender.
6. Add in cold water 60ml.
7. Blend it into smoothie form.
8. Avocado pear smoothie completes.
9. Serve.
