One thing I’m not sure if someone else mentioned is how convenient these would be for people with disabilities or limited movement. Sure a regular knife and spoon can do everything just fine, but if you’re arthritic then a large surface is easier to hold onto.

That's always the problem with these Gadgets as cool as they are. They tend to be way over engineered. The best tool I ever had for avocados was working in a deli and it was just a spreader knife with a semi-sharp serrated edge on one-side. Still a cool video though!

Pretty much every gadget is replaceable by basic utensils (fork, knife and spoon) and maybe some specific, but multiuse tool (like a potato masher, what you can use to mash everything else not just potato). Gadgets can be good, if they are designed to be used with some kind of disability or if they are specifically made to be used in restaurant kitchens, where they have to prepare a lots of produce in a short time. In an everyday kitchen, these gadgets are not much more than plastic waste.

Thank you for making the guacamole recipe without bell pepper. So many guacamoles have bell pepper in it and I've found it just overtakes the flavor of the guacamole (I don't like bell pepper). It's nice to see a simple guacamole recipe without the bell pepper in it!

Hailing from The Land of Enchantment and really great Guacamole, 🥑-New Mexico-🥑, I heartily approve of this video! A couple slight notes: 1. traditional Guac, as we call it in "the biz", uses a jalapeño or green chili (canned is fine but fresh is best). 2. if you're in a hurry it's fine to skip chopping up the other veg/chili and use a good, thick and chunky jar of salsa and just add some lime or lemon juice. Muy Frio, verdad!
