I can’t believe that this channel grew up with the whole teenage years of mine. I was 11 when I found this channel and I’m now 20. I still remember that boat made out of milk carton, used can of coca cola and some blu tack. And the aluminium trailer truck, kinds of popsicle stick bows, and how to cut a rope by flossing itself.

@@anemims.9559 I meant it as a comparison to something that doesn't feel like a novelty item. How different would cleaning it be as compared to a regular pizza cutter? And is it even worth the kitchen space? Either you don't use much tools or you don't actually clean anything in the kitchen since this is a standard concern for anyone interested in any of these items.

I've got an herb stripper (just a single piece of metal with holes, nothing fancy) that came with a pair of herb scissors I got, and I can say that your experience with thyme pretty much mirrors my own; thyme's just too thin to hold up to being pulled through the holes. (And really annoying to deal with, in general.) I don't have parsley or rosemary at the moment to try, but it did work a bit better on oregano, which is similar to thyme except with fewer, larger leaves and slightly thicker stalks.

The big holes on that herb leaf stripper are meant for pulling the leafy parts off of greens that have tough central stems, like kale and chard...but based on how flimsy the thing looks I'm not sure it would work!
