Avogadro's Law

Examine the role of limiting reactants using a simple acetic acid (vinegar) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) reaction. Four flasks with the same volume of 1 M acetic acid are fitted with balloons filled with differing amounts of sodium bicarbonate.

Thank you a very beautiful experiment. I believe it will help to explain why "the 16g flask is the stoichiometric ratio" and therefore why there is "a perfect one-to-one ratio". A lot of public universities in the US have similar labs, or professors who do this kind of work. You could always contact the chemistry department at a university or college near you and ask them if they do outreach events.
