Thanks for doing this follow-up video, Michael... really going to try to start implementing this kind of routine in amongst my practicing... Hopefully I stick with it better than the yoga that my partner is always telling me I should do (she's diligent about it - I'm hit & miss at best...)

Micheal do you have a way for me to pay or donate to you?
@michaelgumleyguitar Жыл бұрын
Hey Blue I appreciate that you like my videos enough to send something back my way. The best thing you can do is type in "Melbourne Guitar Academy" into google and then leave a 5 star review on my business listing with some kind words about how I helped you. If you feel like you'd like to donate you can add me on Facebook or follow me on Instagram (@michaelgumley) I can send you a paypal link but honestly a google review and sharing my videos around with other guitar players is reward enough :)

Another great video Michael. I often start getting sore in my forearm from playing the 8 string so much, which is the only guitar I have here. Will try out these stretches before my practice session

Glad to hear it has been helpful! And glad to hear the 8 string is getting some love! How is living in the jungle going?

@@michaelgumleyguitar Not bad, though not spending all my time in the jungle. Have lots of time to get in practice when I'm in town
