Marina has a video on her channel titled "How I mastered my American accent at home". She had a noticeable mispronunciation 40 seconds into the video she obviously pronounced "tune" with the incorrect "T" sound. She pronounced it as if she was saying "church". Check it out please

"on time" typically refers to precision according to a set schedule, while "in time" often conveys the idea of doing something before it becomes too late or before a negative outcome. - I just got there in time for the meeting. Otherwise, I would have lost the contract. (negative consequence).

I remember watching The Exorcist, the priest asked the demon to do something and the demon responded: "In time, in time" the Spanish subtitle said "a su tiempo" I was confused. I guess it can mean "in due time" (and yes, I was too worried about the demon's grammar to be scared😂)

I was taught this way. If the class starts 10:00, and you arrive at 9:59, then you are ON time for the class or "just IN time" for it. If the class starts 10:00, and you arrive at 9:45 or any reasonable time in advance, then you're simply "IN time for the class". Is this not correct?

I think it's more about the effort and urgency. You could get there early or ahead of time. You could make it in time (you were afraid you might not make it). You could be there right on time.

Mariah Carey's song hero "in time you'll find the way". Has nothing to do with minutes. It's just a sense something happens before it's too late.

@@goyam2981 Yes, that's what I meant. I arrive in time can mean first of all that I am not late, but it can mean as well that I arrive early enough to have some spare time for grabbing a coffee , for example, and I did not understand why this was called wrong in this video.
