My Dad was extremely athletic, lifted weights and ate well all his life, wholefoods, home made yogurt, meat & fish etc yet he developed Parkinson's in his 70's and died in his 80's. And the huge weight loss on a ketogenic diet comes from the loss of lean body mass. Several studies have shown that fat burning actually slows down on a ketogenic diet and that it also increases inflammation compared to a more balanced diet. Overall you still may feel better because of the weight loss and because you may have eliminated a food you were intolerant to. But in an absolute sense it's still a very unhealthy diet.

Hey there @HighIntensityHealth 😄💪 Just stumbled upon your latest bicep showcase, and WOW, those veins are popping more than corn at a movie theater! 🍿🎬 It's like you've taken a leaf out of Stewie's book from Family Guy, minus the roid rage, of course. 😂📚 Your arms are now officially road maps of Vascularityville. 🗺️💉 The dedication and, let's say, "extra assistance" 😉💊 to achieve such bulging and androgenic wonders in such a short time is nothing short of miraculous! 🌟🚀 It's like watching a real-life superhero transformation, minus the cape but with all the veins. 🦸♂️🕸️ Kudos for reaching peak vascular aesthetics! Keep flexing those sinewy roadways, but remember, health first, vascularity second. 👍❤️🔥 #VascularVictory #AndrogenicAesthetics #ExogenousExcellence #BulgingBicepsBonanza 🏋️♂️🥇🔥

I eat sardines daily and raw mustard greens from my garden. They`ll grow all year in Louisiana. Usually eat sardines with crackers or homemade pan biscuits. I have 100 lbs of rice and about 30 lbs of beans stored and a 25 lb bag of lentils in the freezer plus a 15 lb box of corn grits (preps I never touch), small bags of grits, rice & pasta plus flour from the food pantry, number 10 cans of powdered milk & butter, number 10 cans of cream of wheat, and oatmeal. Sometimes the food pantry surprises us with some chicken, walnuts or a ham. That`s rare though.

I eat alot of green beans. I eat eggs everyday too. Just dp what you can. Like fish? Learn to fish, then eat for cheap.

@@waterbladeknights1006 What are you talking about? Beans are healthy, the eggs are not. Mike dishonestly omitted red meat and especially saturated fat. Both are mentioned in the referenced studies as significantly speeding up aging. And eggs are known to be worse than red meat, which also is a known carcinogen btw.

Gotta factor in, phenotypes/genetics.... We are not the same! Caucasians need animals + naturally brown ppl, made up of the periodic table, need minerals.... 🤷🏾♂️

@jonrotten31 I would genuinely love to see a picture of you. To confuse a 75 year old with a 20 year old sounds absolutely unrealistic to me. Impossible even.

@@19jacobob93 my superior genetics also play a part.
@19jacobob9311 ай бұрын
@jonrotten31 Genetics play a minimal part in the aging process. A part so small it would be practically unobservable... Genetics definitely would not visibly knock 55 years off of your apparent age. I'm sorry, but that is ludicrous. Lifestyle and environment definitely play a massive role though, this is clear. It also depends on who is guessing your age... I now live in Australia, and most people guess I'm in my late 20s (close, as I'm 30), but on my recent visit to Tokyo, most locals put me in my mid-40s, as well as my cousin in his 20s! Someone much older than you would most likely ballpark you as younger, but there is no way, at 75, that you'd pass as the same age in a group of Gen Z kids. I'm sorry, I didn't intend this to be a crack at you or anything but I understand that's how it appears. I'm just intrigued as to what you look like, at 75, to believe you pass as a 20 year old. Even I can't do that as someone that just left my 20s a few months ago. I wish you all the best with your health and wellness, and you are clearly doing well for your age!
