Watched one of your streams yesterday. You said your mouth and throat were dry from dehydration because of your sleeping aids. I have had a similar problem for different reasons, it takes a while for rehydration to happen unless you have an iv. I have found that if you eat a few chunks of watermelon, it almost immediately rehydrates your mouth, tongue, and throat. I believe it has something to do with the chemical composition of watermelon juice. Do your regular rehydration routine and have a few bite-sized chunks of watermelon. Give it a try and let me know.

Stephen Baxter is the only other SF author that I know of to use false vacuum decay in a story. Unfortunately in his story it kept expanding and ate the universe. The idea that it could be contained is interesting. I hope they come up with a way to knit those strings back together….
