Awesome info! We have been looking at the Katy area to move too. Can you do a video about the differences in 40ft, 50ft, etc lots mean? We have heard it quite a bit in TX but it isn’t used much in Washington (where we are at) and we aren’t sure what that means or what to look out for and the details. Thank you!

40, 50, 60 foot lots are referring to the “width”of the lot.
