One thing that should really be a given in all forms of sports photography, is to know your sport well, I get the privilege of shooting wheelchair track and basketball, and they’re pretty different to normal track and basketball, but knowing when action or when something should happen is extremely beneficial to getting good shots, love the vid too

I’m on a canon r100 and it’s a lot of fun but 1 downside of it is there is a lot of grain because of the lens being a f/5.6-7 and i have to put iso to the max

I love the content you put out but I have a question. What’s your opinion on everyone wanting to be a content creator? I know everyone needs to start somewhere but I’m seeing an overwhelming presence of people standing under the basket at the high school games lately. It almost seems like a safety hazard to the players. Many are student photographers for the year book and such but having about 10-15 people in the baseline seems overkill. Does your area regulate who gets to stand there? Recently at a football game I was at, locked the gates to sideline access because there was way too many ppl with cameras that they started checking media credentials and if you didn’t have one, they kicked them out. It’s a fun and exciting time nowadays because inexpensive cameras are capable of producing great content and the next generation is going to blow away everyone away with their abilities but I’m wondering if there is going to be a push by the school administrators or referees to limit the amount of people walking around the sidelines taking pics/videos? Any thoughts?

Been loving the vids as of late. I did have a quick question though: do you generally ask for permission to get up close to the players during warmups or do the coaches just kind of let you do your thing?

Hey, are you using the dream fx filter for these two shots or what are you using? Those highlights and the overall look is hella nice.
