This is peak high school band. I have always admired Avon's constant pursuit of Drumcorps level difficulty and their consistent excellence in all areas of the marching arts.

I played Tenors in this show and man it still gets me in my heart strings when I watch this. Great memories

still one of my favorite memories from when it was getting closer to the end of the season was hearing you guys do your chants and cheer each other on on the DL. something I didn't get to hear often over the years. Knew it happened but was never close enough! I think my last few sets you guys were right behind me, your guys' energy was unmatched on top of the emotions already rushing due to the year coming to a close. Cool moment to be a part of.

From 6:55 to 8:40... the greatest piece of marching band ever put on a field. Especially if you see the high cam version. Overall the best playing, drum line, guard and interpretive drill to the music with flat out kick ass GE. About 40% of the crowd gave a standing ovation which is hardly seen in the middle of shows. Just spectacular work.

For as much as I love Avon I have to disagree. This show was a visual masterpiece but brass struggled with the demand through out the show. Sustain moments were present but features lacked in execution.
