Please keep showing houses in Tagaytay. This is the type of house and lot we're looking for, with a property size that is bigger than the house indoor size. I'm looking for a house, maybe not as big as this one, with a large lot with a large front yard, large side yards, and large backyard, for privacy.......and a spacious open feeling. This house is missing a live room with a vaulted ceiling. The vaulted ceiling is misplaced, for the staircase, but it would be better if the vaulted included the living room (Sala). Apple Grace does a great job presenting the houses and it is a real treat that she is so maganda beautiful. Aloha and God Bless, from Hawaii !!!

As per video, I think it is 400 sqm lot area, 700 sqm floor area. Apple Grace, a powder room is different from T&B. Powder room mainly composed of toilet, sink to wash and do make-up. If the room have toilet, sink WITH enclosed shower space, it is now considered as T&B.

Id been seeing Tagaytay houses tour, but this one is gorgeous . The architect knew what he was doing. This house look like a turn of the century structure in Manila/ Goetti something is the name. It used to house unmarried mothers. First time I appreciate a house tour about Tagaytay.

I find it strange when houses in other house tours don't have any garbage cans or fire extinguishers. This house still doesn't have any wired smoke detectors, however. It's nice to see a library but it doesn't have nearly enough bookshelves for all my books.

Interesting design, things I like and don’t like. Master bedroom seperated from the other side, not too good durring a typhoon, trying to get to the other side of your house.

It could have better if the master wing with library is the living dining and kitchen so that the sleeping area is separated altogether from the public spaces. Additionally, the pool could have been moved further towards the end of the fence to be more like an infinity pool. It is so right in front of you when you enter the property. Just a friendly tip, please read more on minimalism as there is nothing minimalist in that house which is an example of a Spanish Mediterranean house design.
