That house was pretty big. But i noticed with some of the videos of yours i watched, you didn't mention the price of the home. Luckily i was able to find this house online and see the price. 320,000,000 PHP. To USD that would be slightly over 5.8 million dollars. Ain't that bad compared to other expensive homes in the Philippines. I've seen bigger and more expensive homes than this in the Philippines. But would love to see more videos of these kind of homes, especially ones a little more expensive.

Nope. This girl, Apple, seems too rehearsed. Her spiels are obviously practiced reactions and spiels, unlike the presentations in the other channel. And she goes through the rooms too quickly, the cameraman is still zooming in and she's already closing doors or leaving the space.

Wow that is truly a very NICE house! I can live with my family there and not see them for a couple of days if i want to. haha the 3rd floor bedrooms however, downgraded their A/C system which is disappointing tho and as well as the rooms itself, it seems like. I like to see the staff rooms too if the owner allows it becuz I've seen other luxurious houses and I've only remembered seeing 3 houses that really made the staff rooms as good as the other rooms in the house. Given the total lot and floor area of over 2000 m2, it s fully furnished, number of rooms, pools etch. My estimate for the total price is definitely over 1 billion pesos, the reason why there’s no price indicated in here.

Actually, it's "only" P320M. Still pricey but it's a nice, turn-key mansion. I remember when this video first came out, it was listed for P85M. I assume that was a mistake and they took off the price. Then I emailed them and got the real price.
