I was in a race, I really wish I knew what happened but I was unconscious when they found me and no one saw it happen. I’m feeling a bit better but I still got at least a week in the hospital.

@@bermchasin yep I raised the expert riders to from the top of an Enduro trail with dirt jumps to and beat them all. Guess what, they were in their teens and I'm age 50. They had expensive bikes to, they've been riding for year's. I'd been riding only for six months. They didn't like it and refused to talk to me at the bottom of the trail.

We've inherited an art form passed down to us, that most people simply don't have the courage or confidence to do. We're hardcore adrenaline junkie extremists. It's the way we are built. Our brains ain't wired up properly, lol.

Nice! When I saw that line from the climbing trail, I knew I would not be riding it. All that stuff is much bigger and steeper than the GoPro makes it look!

It really is. I had the same exact feeling climbing up the first time, but throughout the day improved so much. I also realized that the trail gap was the easiest feature there bc it was so smooth. Just really hard to commit to.

Solid line choice over the steep tech and good control on the drops. Can defs see you hitting this track with higher speeds over time with practice. You're definitely better than the average rider!

✨😏 I loved the trail, fun features in it, plenty of cool gaps and nortshore constructions to make your day to the fullest, only thing is that it's not that much of flowy trail as you have to put in some good pedal strokescin order to keep the right momentum at times...👍🏻🇵🇹🇳🇱🙋🏻♂️.

Great shredding dude. Your bound to go a bit slower first time down it (unless your thick like I am lol). Nervous and heavy breathing, most of us get that no matter how good we are. Next time you hit the trail choose your line's and ride it faster, next time after that faster again, and so on and so forth. Keep rocking, I'm still shredding free-ride and dirt jumping at age 50, so is my wife at age 53. Then again we both have adhd and we ain't right in the head, lol. God bless you. Be encouraged.

You are not average (I am not either - but I am below the line). In Washington/BC, that would be considered a a single to double-black-diamond (well marked - drops ins & doubles). Some of the "don't attempt" lines here are so stupid, even the pros don't do them (off-camber, thread-lines, all with fall-offs that you won't walk away from). Regardless - that's a tough-ass trail and you nailed it. Once you do it slow, it's easier faster (not that I should give you advice).

I did bleed my breaks right after this so it could have been that, but it’s more likely that the 27.5 wheels on my bike make me slow in the tech. That being said I’m still very guilty of skidding a lot.
