Causation back through time seems pretty much essential if one believes in interactive dualism. Because to will a conscious action we can't possibly know which millions of neuronal events we need to instigate. But if we can will the desired outcome then that outcome could determine the set of events which need to occur "before" it in order for it to be the result.

Panpsychism is interesting, it can maybe explain why I dream sometimes about future. My dreams usually come true after 2-3 days. I dream in symbols. Symbols are interesting as well, but not in Freudian way. Hope, yes. Today is a good day.
