Garlic Cloves= 300 gm
Green Chilly= 50
Salt= 4 tbsp
Cloves= 1 tsp
Mace= 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg= 1/2 tsp
Caraway Seeds= 4 tbsp
Black Pepper= 4 tbsp
Garam Masala= 4 tbsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 4 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1 tsp
Black Salt= 1 tbsp

Kasuri Mathi= 2 tbsp

Chikna ( Charbi / Animal fat) zaroori hai. Plus some binding like egg or chickpea flour. And mint leaves ( optional). Good video by the way, except that spitting part should have been removed.
