I am going through grief. I have not self medicated with drinking or drugs (besides that one microdosing trip) but thats where I was reminded to Feel it fully, part of being a divine woman and mother is opening your heart to so much love, but also feeling the deepest pain and sadness in loss. It's two sides of the same coin and both take strength. I was crying because Im just baby feeling so raw... but also... I know people have been watching me, just amazed with how I am navigating. That was so on point!! I experienced a reaction of painfully closing/ contracting just minutes befor i started watching the video and it took me right into "owning it" and catching the moment to turn it over and choose opening and softening for myself first, to (re)connect to the source of love and life in me instead of being pulled out of it by a reaction to sth. coming from outside (which is a mirror anyway, inside -outside doesn t really matter, no ; )) that was so real! real pain, real contraction, real fear judgement angry thoughtpattern kicking in, all the layers in a second! catching that moment and utilizing it for practicing. I love you Sabrina, watching you since I think its 2 years. In the beginning I thouth she s too much, but still I was curious. Today I m crying because you touched me so deeply. Its true we as women have signed up for letting love flow through us even if it feels unfair sometimes. And the unfairness is in the point that it doesen't get valued as much as it is worth, thats the moments I close. I would say I can let it flow and I love it so I stay open. But the moments it feels like, there is no value for that are hard and fewl unfair, but again with other women I feel like in a pool of that flowing love energy especially when they open up! Why does this have so much focus on romance, when there is an infinity of lifeforce outside of it? I'm glad it's being addressed, as many divine feminines get trapped in abusive relationships because we see the light beyond all their darkness. Wow, you are always so right on for me! I kinda picked a fight with my partner at Valentines dinner last night. He forgot to bring me flowers and almost made us late for dinner reservations . I tried to say it quietly and nicely. He got upset and is still just grunting one word answers at me. I feel bad I ruined dinner, but I want to be cherished for what I do also. I want to speak to what I crave and desire. Things have been so amazing for us this last year, I barley ever rock the boat, but come on it was Valentine’s Day. I gave him his card and chocolates and had let it go. (Now I am kinda mad that he is still mad at me. Am I just being a brat?)

But why is my body doing that you did something bad reaction, all my senses turned up to 11,you will be be punished? I feel his unease, my mind is ok I understand he is dealing with whatever came up for him. This body reaction is almost like a panic attack. Any suggestions? Meditation and breath work are helping, think I will set my little dance / yoga space up tomorrow.❤
