In this video he is featuring BROOKLYN BOWLING RESTAURANT, and they are making and serving a ton of food, and the black guy was frying fried CHICKEN, that's what he called it,but when I was in the Army, they called it FRIED BIRD,which made me laugh, because in Hawaii, we don't use that terminology, and if you do, then everyone will know that you are from down SOUTH, real southerner ,as that's the way they talk DOWN THERE,AHA,with all the fixings, have a sense of humor

Also in the 2nd part of this video they are making JEWISH STYLE KNISHES,which I have tried before, and basically it's mashed potatoes in a dough, egg washed and baked till it's golden brown, and for me, it's not worth the time nor the money, as I would rather eat a delicious stuffed croquette with other condiments and you can offer them as a hot appetizer or as a starch on a entree,or make pear potatoes, which are mashed potatoes with whatever you want, shaped like a pear,breaded,and fried golden brown and stick some fried pasta on the top and diced tomatoes and a sprig of curly parsley, better presentation, to display food is half the battle, it has to look very appealing to the eye, height and color,with pure line,wins the battle, hands down, but because this is a bowling alley it's all about cold and hot appetizers that's the name of the game, get it in,get it out, ASAP, because you are going to get much more orders.
